- Thomas R. Cummings, 58, passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2006, at home after a long illness. He was born in Schenectady and was the son of Jane Bell McCotter Cummings and the late Richard M. Cummings. Tom was employed as a graphic designer and printer for the Printing Services for the past 18 years. He was an honorary member of the Woodlawn Sportsman Club, where he loved to compete in their competitions, a member of NRA where he was a pistol range instructor, formerly active with Roamer's Motorcycle Club and the Americade event. He was an avid outdoorsman. In addition to his mother, Tom is survived by his devoted children, Vicki (Del) Adair, Sharon (Gene) Banks, Terri (Tammy) Holton, Richard (Sylvia) Holton Jr., Edward Holton Sr., Kathleen (Bill) Bohannon and Amy Hallock. Tom is also survived by 15 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; loving cousins; and many beloved friends. Tom was predeceased by his wife, Judy, she passed away on November 9, 2005. Relatives and friends are invited to attend graveside services on Saturday morning at 11 o'clock at Memory's Garden in Colonie. There will be no calling hours ..."
