    James C. Watts, age 71, of Mankato died Thursday, October 12, 2006 at Hillcrest Health Care Center, Mankato.

    Memorial service will be held at 10:30 Monday, October 16, 2006 at Mankato Mortuary Chapel. Visitation will be one hour before service on Monday. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery, Mankato.

    James was employed at Southern Minnesota Construction for 35 years. He enjoyed watching westerns, Sunday drives, and was a horse enthusiast from childhood until present.

    James is survived by his wife, three children, four grandchildren, a sister and husband, a brother-in-law, and a sister-in-law [survivors names omitted].
